School Holiday Programme


Date: 30 September - 4 October

Time: 9am - 3.30pm

Ages: Primary School Children, 5 - 11 years old

Cost: $5 per child per day

Venue: Mt Albert Presbyterian Church Halls,
14 Mt Albert Road, Mt Albert

Morning and Afternoon teas are provided but children are required to bring their own lunch.

MEASLES OUTBREAK 
IMPORTANT MESSAGE

 

  • ​All children who register MUST have up-to-date vaccinations. We are not able to accept any child who is not vaccinated.
  • DO NOT send your child to the programme if they are unwell with a cough, runny nose, or flu-like symptoms.
  • If your child develops measles please advise holiday programme leaders immediately so we can inform other parents.

 


REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT PROCESS 

1. Please contact the office for more details on 846-7576 or email us on mapcanz@xtra.co.nz.  Registration form is available here .

2. Spaces are limited, so first come, first serve.

3. Booking is NOT confirmed until payment is received, and you've been given confirmation.

4. Registration (together with payment) closes Wednesday 25th September or when spaces are filled.

5. Fees are non-refundable


 

Please note: 

We do not have personnel or facilities equipped to deal with children who have serious health or behavioural needs. 
We reserve the right to decline registrations or exclude children
if the health and safety needs of that child, or other children in the programme, cannot be met. 
Children who exhibit violent, destructive or dangerous behaviours will be excluded from the programme.
